Our sensational split-level apartment with a usable floor space of 57 square meters is spread across two floors: the ground floor - 41 m2
and the attic - 16 m2.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, and includes a multifunctional shower cabin with radio, jacuzzi bath and sauna. On the lower floor you have a bedroom with a king size bed, and an additional living-room part with a big foldable sofa-bed for 2 people. On the same floor is an open plan kitchen. In the attic which is accesible via stairs there is a small lobby with cabinets, as well as a separate lockable bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has two dormer windows that light up the room during the day, and during the night provide a unique view on the stars, and create a romantic aura.

Thanks to the above innovative solutions the apartment can be used as a fully private relaxation place for 4 persons staying in, and the additional accommodation for 2 guests in the cosy living room.

There is LCD 26, DVD, Home Cinema and TV SAT available in the living room.

A kitchenette is equipped with the standard units found in every kitchen:

In addition there is an separate parking space provided in front of the building, which is still within the whole complex surrounded by the fence and a secure automatic gateway.

However, it's location within the whole building ensures a complete tranquility and quietness. To your disposal, we also offer a separate basement on the lowest condignation.
